On June 23, 2025 the intelligent heavy-haul integrated inspection train developed by CHN Energy Shuohuang Railway was awarded the Silver Medal at the 50th edition of the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva (Le Salon International des Inventions de Genève).
This inspection train integrates over ten advanced technologies, including rail flaw detection and communication systems testing. Capable of unattended intelligent inspection, it provides comprehensive monitoring and safety early warnings for heavy-haul railway infrastructure.
Utilizing AI-optimized algorithms, the train significantly enhances inspection efficiency and accuracy, offering a scientific basis for heavy-haul railway maintenance. As a vital corridor for China's west-to-east coal transportation, Shuohuang Railway continues to advance intelligent technological innovation. This international accolade signifies global recognition for China's heavy-haul railway inspection capabilities.
